Quotations
Quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing and are subject to supplier availability, raw-material pricing and freight rates at the time of booking. Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for seven days.

Terms & Conditions
The commercial terms under which Galaxy Trading provides import, export and logistics coordination services.
Orders and confirmation
An order is accepted once the client confirms the quotation in writing and any agreed advance payment is received. Specification, packing and incoterms recorded in the confirmation prevail over earlier correspondence.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed per transaction and may include advance payment, letter of credit or documents against payment. Bank charges in the remitting country are borne by the remitter.
Inspection and quality
Where inspection is included, the agreed inspection report forms the quality reference for the shipment. Claims relating to quality must be raised with photographic evidence within seven days of delivery.
Shipping and delivery
Transit times are estimates provided by carriers. We are not liable for delays caused by port congestion, customs inspection, weather, carrier schedule changes or events beyond our reasonable control.
Documentation and compliance
The client is responsible for confirming that the goods may be lawfully imported into the destination country and for any duties, taxes or licensing required there.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in respect of any transaction is limited to the value of the service fee received for that transaction. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing terms
These terms apply to services provided by Galaxy Trading and may be updated from time to time. The version published at galaxytrading.live at the time of order confirmation applies.
